Roadmap

This is the order we build in. No quarter we will miss anyway. A phase starts when the previous one has cleared its gate, not when the calendar says so.

Now: see if the date holds

The screen works. You can search by a date, in one sentence, or with filters for postcode, carrier, evening, Sunday and pickup. We put up to four shops side by side. The clock stays Europe/Amsterdam.

XLadmin manages shops, cutoffs, same-day, pickup points and a shop login. A click on To the shop stores the date shown, the cutoff and the origin of the score. In Measurements you upload a Google Merchant feed and mark whether the parcel was on time.

The hard gate: 200 shipments from such a feed, at least 85 percent on or before the date the visitor saw. Clicks on the sample catalogue stay in the log and do not count. That split is deliberate. A pretty demo must not inflate the measurement.

Next: real offers

Only after those 200 shipments and that 85 percent do we turn this into a place where shops put their catalogue. Then come feed import as the normal path, matching the same product across shops, a freshness label when an offer is older than 12 hours, and a fraud filter for shops we should not show.

A shop can claim its listing. Clicks can then go through an affiliate link. There is still no checkout of our own. If you buy, you buy at the shop, with the rights that come with that.

Measuring at scale

Plugins for Shopify, WooCommerce, Lightspeed, Magento and CCV Shop. Carrier connections, so on time is not only a tick from the shop. A badge for a measured delivery time, with the number of shipments next to it, so three lucky parcels do not become 100 percent. The shop dashboard then gets real impressions and clicks. The dashboard you see for Vlot today is a sample.

Only then: Belgium and a labelled place

Belgium comes when the Dutch measurement is stable. A postcode in Antwerp is a different network from a postcode in Groningen. We will not quietly paste it on.

A paid, clearly labelled mention can exist after that. It does not move the score. Ranking stays the date plus reliability. If the screen ever says otherwise, the site is wrong and we want to hear it at info@webshopxl.com.

What is not on the list

• Our own basket or a payment service.
• A list where you buy a higher position.
• A promise that every Dutch shop joins. A shop that wants off uses the opt-out or sends email.
• A crawler that empties shops before the measurement clears the gate.
